(from mikey) how do you get rayqazaza in ruby? well in pokemon sapphire and ruby rayquaza is in a place called sky piller its one of the islands in the ocean. it is very hard to get to and it only apears now and then so just keep checking. remember he is not in mirage island that island only apears when you have a certain ID number in your party its changes eath day.
